Corero Lands Major Tier-1 APAC Telecom Deals to Boost DDoS Defense

Corero Network Security has secured two high-profile contracts with Tier-1 telecommunications operators in the Asia-Pacific region, reflecting rising demand for advanced DDoS protection. Under the agreements, one operator will deploy Corero’s SmartWall ONE solution to protect up to 500 Gbps of network capacity, strengthening defenses against large-scale cyberattacks. The second operator will integrate the platform into its security portfolio to expand DDoS Protection-as-a-Service offerings for enterprise customers. Corero’s automated, real-time mitigation technology enables telecom providers to safeguard network performance, ensure service continuity, and address growing security challenges as data traffic and digital service adoption accelerate across APAC.

AI Meets Mathematical Certainty: Forward Networks Launches Forward AI to Reinvent Network Operations

Forward Networks has introduced Forward AI, a new capability designed to accelerate and simplify network operations using mathematically verified insights. Integrated into the company’s network digital twin platform, Forward AI enables IT, security, and cloud teams to analyze complex network behavior, validate configurations, and assess risks with precision. Unlike conventional AI tools, it relies on deterministic models rather than assumptions, delivering transparent reasoning and evidence-based responses. The solution supports automation and advanced AI-driven workflows while maintaining trust and explainability. By providing accurate, real-time visibility into network states, Forward AI helps enterprises reduce outages, strengthen security, and make confident, data-driven decisions across increasingly complex network environments.
