Voxeo launches connect program to capitalize on $7.6 billion contact center technology market

Voxeo, a provider of Unlocked Communications, announced
the launch of Voxeo Connect, a new global channel partner program.


The program positions resellers and system integrators to
capitalize on companies’ increased interest in improving the customer experience
and the market for contact center technologies.


The program is set to capitalize on $7.6 billion contact
centre technology market in 2012.


Voxeo Connect includes a newly launched partner portal,
certified partner program and resources to provide partners with additional
revenue streams and a significant competitive edge in the automated
interactions, contact center and unified customer experience markets.


With Voxeo Connect, partners have the ability to leverage
customer contact solutions that are ready today to support shifting
communication preferences, thereby quickly tapping into new revenue sources.

customers,” said Denny Adams, Director of Channel Sales at Voxeo.


Voxeo Connect opens the door for partners to take
advantage of opportunities in voice, mobile and social customer interactions.


Through its program, Voxeo also offers a single Triple
Cloud platform that enables partners and customers anywhere in the world to
deploy on-premise solutions in a private cloud, leverage Voxeo’s global cloud
hosting, or take advantage of both models in a hybrid deployment that enables
low-cost disaster recovery and overflow during peak traffic.
