Sharad Gulla joins Aricent as VP


Sharad Gulla joins the Aricent Group, a global innovation
and technology services company, as vice president, Procurement and Sourcing.


He will be responsible for strengthening the Aricent
Group’s focus and commitment on transforming and optimizing the procurement and
sourcing functions.


We’re thrilled that Sharad has chosen to lead Aricent’s Procurement and
Sourcing operations in India. His leadership and industry experience will further
strengthen our local presence,” said Ragesh Datt, SVP Global Operations
and CIO, Aricent Group.

Sharad joins the Aricent Group from BA Continuum, India (Non Banking Subsidiary
of Bank of America), where he was responsible for the management and delivery
of strategic supplier negotiations and contract execution, supplier management
program deliverables, and monitoring of overall supplier adherence to the
Bank’s risk control.


Sharad was heading the SCM teams for India and
Philippines along with providing support to other regions in APAC and
EMEA. Prior to Bank of America, Sharad worked with many leading
organizations including HSBC, FCM and United Airlines. A graduate from
University of Delhi, Sharad has more than 15 years of experience in procurement, sales, and travel.
