Telecom Lead Europe: Netadmin deploys open access network management platform at Dutch cable operator

Netadmin Systems announced that leading Dutch cable
operator CAIW has selected the company to implement an open access management
platform for its upgraded fiber network.

Following the fiber rollout on its network, CAIW expects
a surge in customers and services. The cable service provider has recently
upgraded its 150k lines to fiber.

Netadmin software simplifies and automates business
processes in order to deliver services to the end customer. From this point it
automatically handles the administration of the technical solution in the
network

The new platform will help CAIW achieve its full business
potential. CAIW will realize higher efficiency and customer uptake, as well as
retention through improved quality.

Netadmin has experience in managing customers, services, subscriptions and
equipment on open access networks. It is the market leader in the Nordics
and is growing rapidly in international markets, now with more than 100
customers in 15 countries.

Netadmin has implemented network management platforms
for many operators across Europe and we were therefore driven to go with their
proven software,” said Ruud Wielaard, technical director of CAIW. The
efficiency savings and quality gains are demonstrated in projects that are up
and running and we therefore see it as essential for the successful growth of
our customer base and services,” he said.

Earlier last year Netadmin Systems announced that its open access exchange platform enables
ISPs to manage their services and subscribers across multiple access networks.
Deployed the first time in the UK, the platform is set to bring next generation
broadband to the Not-Spots, the company said.
