LINE users calling Globe can save over 35% in calling rates

LINE users calling Globe Telecom and TM customers in the Philippines can save over 35 percent in per-minute calling rates compared to calling other mobile networks in the country.

LINE users will benefit from the new $0.09 or P4.05 per minute rate against $0.14 or P6.30. Filipinos residing in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Japan, India, US, Thailand, Malaysia and Greece can benefit by purchasing LINE call credits using their credit or debit card.

Line and Globe Telecom partnership
“Strengthening our relationships with top messaging platforms help us give our customers value for money services,” said Globe EVP & COO for International and Business Markets Gil Genio.

Last year, the Globe International Business Group allowed LINE users worldwide, including the 12-million Filipinos in various communities abroad, to make free calls to Globe and TM customers in the Philippines through the apps Premium Call function.
