RCOM offers unlimited 3G data plan, 1 GB 4G data for Rs 49

RCOM data plansTelecom operator Reliance Communications (RCOM) today announced unlimited 2G data plans for Rs 49 and unlimited 3G data plans for Rs 99 – in addition to voice calls at 25 paisa per minute for 28 days.

Reliance Communications, a telecom operator promoted by Anil Ambani, is also offering 1GB of 4G data for Rs 49, 2GB for Rs 99 and 3GB for Rs 149.

Reliance Communications also announced free voice services — both local and STD calls — to other Reliance Communications customers. At present, Reliance Jio Infocomm is offering free voice services across networks across the country.

“At RCOM, we have been overwhelmed by the response that our Unlimited Plan received last year. We now take a new leap with additional benefits being offered to our 4G customers, with the Joy of Holi offer,” said Gurdeep Singh, co-CEO of Reliance Communications, and CEO of RCOM’s Consumer Business.

Reliance Communications is trying to tap 3G and 2G markets that boast of 750 million smartphones and data-ready feature phones.

Reliance Communications said it’s offering unlimited data to new 3G customers in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir for Rs 99, bundled with Rs 20 worth of talk-time. Voice calls will be charged at 25 paisa per miniute for 28 days.

Reliance Communications is offering unlimited 2G data to new 2G customers in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh (E), Uttar Pradesh (W), Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Chennai for Rs 49, with talk-time of Rs 20, and call charges at 25 paisa per minute.
