Altice USA COO Hakim Boubazine resigned

Altice USA announced the resignation of Hakim Boubazine, Chief Operating Officer and President of Telecommunications.
Altice USA Chief Executive Officer Dexter Goei will assume responsibilities for the Telecommunications division, effective immediately. Hakim Boubazine will serve as Senior Advisor to the CEO until December 31, 2021.

Altice said its telecommunications management team will accelerate the company’s growth initiatives and enhance the day-to-day management decision-making processes.

Altice USA is one of the largest broadband and video services providers in the United States, delivering broadband, video, mobile and content to more than 5 million residential and business customers across 21 states through its Optimum and Suddenlink brands.
