ACT Fibernet (Atria Convergence), India’s largest fiber-focused wired broadband ISP, did not meet some of the quality benchmark set by TRAI, the telecom regulator said in its latest report.
ACT Fibernet scored 98.67 percent — in terms of faults repaired within three working days – against TRAI benchmark of 99 percent. Broadband operators such as TTSL and Ishan Netsol also did not meet this benchmark.
ACT Fibernet scored 37 percent – in terms of calls answered by the broadband operator via voice to voice within 60 seconds – against the benchmark of 60 percent.
ACT Fibernet scored 50 percent – in terms of calls answered by the broadband operator via voice to voice within 90 seconds during the quarter ended June 2018 — against the TRAI benchmark of 80 percent.
You Broadband, owned by Vodafone India, scored 99.07 percent — in terms of connections provided within 15 days of registration of demand – against the TRAI benchmark of 100 percent.
TTSL scored 76 percent – in terms of faults repaired by the telecom operator the next working day – against the benchmark of 90 percent.
The Bangalore-based ACT Fibernet has operation across 15 cities in India – Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Vizag, Guntur, Nellore, Tirupati, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, Madurai and Warangal.
