Ascom bags 3-year managed service deal from Zain KSA

Ascom Network Testing has bagged a three-year managed services contract from Zain Saudi Arabia to improve its inbound and outbound roaming services, as well as perform VAS, application, and regression testing and troubleshooting.

As part of the deal, Ascom deployed its TEMS Monitor Master solution to enable Zain KSA to test and monitor their services and international roaming scenarios to enhance user experience. Zain KSA is able to perform 24×7 monitoring of services & applications, including Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and YouTube.

Zain KSA deployed Ascom Network Testing solution in six different locations in Saudi Arabia and 25 international destinations.

“Using Ascom’s solution allows us to monitor our customers’ experience as they engage with different social media channels when they are in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or outside,” said Sultan Abdulaziz Al Deghaither, senior network director at Zain.
