Aegis School of Business invites nominations for Aegis Graham Bell Awards 2012

Aegis School of Business has invited nominations for Aegis Graham Bell Awards
2012 in telecom, Internet, media and edutainment categories.

Aegis Graham Bell Award is an initiative aimed for creating an ecosystem to
promote innovation, entrepreneurship and to recognize outstanding contributions
in the field of telecom, Internet, media and edutainment categories as a
tribute to the father of the telephony, Alexander Graham Bell.

will be held on 11 May 2012 in New Delhi. The Jury round will be held on 21-23
March 2012 at the platform of Convergence India 2012 in New Delhi.



Apps Galaxy 2012″ for mobile apps developers is the new feature added as part
of Convergence India 2012.  Successful participants of Apps Galaxy will
automatically be considered for Aegis Graham Bell Awards 2012 and will be
recognized during the award ceremony.



A jury of prominent personalities will be reviewing the nominations in public
view during the convergence India. All participants will present their ideas,
solutions and product for 10 minutes.



Apps Galaxy allows the apps developers to showcase and explore the many
dimensions of the ever-changing and critically important mobile apps market.

Aegis Graham Bell Awards 2011 was a great success with participation of leading

Lava, Comviva, Spice Digital, Nokia Siemens Network, BSNL, Telcordia etc. The
leaders of industry converged in Mumbai on 23 July 2011 for the award ceremony
attended by Sachin Pilot, the minister of State for Communications & IT as
the chief guest.


The core objective of the awards is to develop an eco
system to promote innovation in India. Powered by Microqual, the event
felicitated the contributions and achievements of some of the best-in-class
