AT&T is taking a bold, customer-first step with the launch of its new AT&T 55+ Plan, designed exclusively for wireless customers aged 55 and over. This initiative reflects AT&T’s strategy to deliver affordable and simplified connectivity to one of the fastest-growing digital demographics in the U.S.
What’s in It for Customers?
Unmatched Affordability
The new plan offers unlimited talk, text, and data at just $35/month per line for two lines — AT&T’s lowest price yet for this audience. Customers can also opt for a single line at $40/month, ensuring flexibility based on personal needs.
Seamless Bundling for Total Connectivity
For even greater value, AT&T is offering a $99/month bundle that includes:
Two wireless lines
AT&T Internet 300 or AT&T Internet Air
This bundle ensures that customers stay connected at home and on-the-go, without navigating multiple bills or confusing contracts.
Built-In Protection
Every plan comes with AT&T ActiveArmor, providing 24/7 security against spam calls, scams, and online threats — giving customers peace of mind every time they connect.
International Coverage & Hotspot
The 55+ plan includes unlimited use in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, plus 10GB of hotspot data, so users can stay productive and entertained wherever they are.
AT&T’s Strategy: Value, Simplicity & Trust
“We’ve been listening,” says Jenifer Robertson, EVP & GM, AT&T Mass Markets. “Our customers asked for straightforward, affordable options without sacrificing quality — and we delivered.”
AT&T’s strategy revolves around three pillars:
Customer-Centric Design: By directly responding to feedback from 55+ users, AT&T has tailored a solution that addresses pain points like cost, complexity, and security.

Brand Trust & Retention: With the AT&T Guarantee, customers are assured of dependable service — and a commitment to make it right if expectations aren’t met.
A Plan Built for the 55+ Lifestyle
Whether it’s streaming, video chatting with grandchildren, or running a small business, customers over 55 now have a plan that supports their lifestyle — without overcomplicating it. With easy sign-up options online or in-store, AT&T is putting simplicity and service at the forefront.
