Sprint is promising to refund the cost of the device and service charges if wireless customers aren’t satisfied within 30 days – as part of a new initiative.

American wireless network operator Sprint, a subsidiary of SoftBank of Japan, competing with AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, serves more than 58.4 million connections as of December 31, 2015.

Sprint has already announced two offers in the recent past.

First, the company said AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile customers can save 50 percent off most standard rate plans when they switch to Sprint.

Second, Sprint will also cover switching fees up to $650 per line.

As per the third offer, Sprint is providing the 30-day satisfaction guarantee for a limited time to new customers and small business customers who activate a line of service at a Sprint store or preferred retailer, by calling 1-800-SPRINT or online at sprint.com.

The company is also offering the guarantee to current customers adding new lines of service in a Sprint store, online at sprint.com or by calling 1-800-SPRINT.

Marcelo Claure, CEO of Sprint, said: “Sprint’s 30-day satisfaction guarantee is giving consumers the opportunity to try us out worry-free and experience everything Sprint has to offer – LTE Plus Network, the best price for unlimited plans, and much more.”

Sprint’s analysis of Nielsen Mobile Performance Data shows the Sprint LTE and super-fast LTE Plus Network beat Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile by delivering faster download speeds.

Sprint LTE Plus is available in more than 150 U.S. markets. Sprint LTE Plus offers peak download speeds in excess of 100 Mbps.
