Telecom network vendor Ericsson today announced its 4G LTE network deal with dtac TriNet, a subsidiary of Thailand’s second-largest mobile operator.
As per the five-year 4G deal, Ericsson will assist dtac to expand 4G in several major cities as part of its LTE expansion program on 2100MHz band.
“dtac is in a strong position to capture market share and innovate to meet the growing demand for Internet services in Thailand,” said Khalid Shehzad, chief technology officer at dtac.
